Error E14. I can’t remove the drain cap as something appears to be stuck. Water is not draining properly.

I need a plumber to drill hole in sink pipe for washing machine hose to drain correctly. The pipe the washing machine hose is connected to is too small and putting too much pressure on the machine when draining. Here the hose is connected to at the moment would need to be sealed off. Very straight forward job.

I have a Euromaid WM F/L 8KG 1200RPM machine. It’s running through the cycle as normal but not draining and spinning so the clothes come out soaking wet. The drain and spin cycle seems to work on its own, but not as part of a full cycle. I need a mains water pipe and a drain pipe plumbed into my garage as part of it is being converted into a laundry. So I will need connections for a washing machine and sink. There is an existing external mains water tap and drains about 2 metres from the required pipes. We just moved house and require our washing machine to be plumbed to the wall. There are hot and cold water fittings under the sink in the laundry, however a hole will need to be cut in cabinetry to allow hose access to the washing machine (it is a new so has not previously had a washing machine installed). Machine is a combined Samsung washer/dryer. Ideally needs to be done tomorrow between 12pm and 4pm - alternatively Friday afternoon. TV also needs to be wall mounted.
