We installed the washing machine ourselves and now are getting an E21 error message. We believe its a problem with the drainage. Could be a problem with the levelling as we didnt adjust before installing.

Looking for handyman to attach drain hose clamp inside washing machine. A tight spot inside the machine so need to either manually squeeze the clamps together to attach the drain hose or use pliers wide enough to squeeze the metal clamp and jiggle it down the hose. Washing machine is already opened up and no need to put it back together. Should be a quick job with the right tools/strength!

I need someone to extend my washing machine drainage to a sink that is farther from its current position. I need assistance with properly installing a wall-mounted washer in my kitchen. The washer is currently installed incorrectly, with the load being supported by the cabinet walls instead of the actual wall. This installation needs to be dismantled and the washer reinstalled securely onto the rendered brick wall behind it. Details: • Drainage Issue: The kitchen drain outlet is situated at a higher elevation, and the washer does not have a built-in drain pump. At the moment, I’m using a sump pump to drain the washer, but this needs to be turned on separately each time the washer is used. • Solution Needed: I’m looking to reinstall the washer and incorporate a flow switch connected to a small drain pump. This will allow the washer to automatically drain every time it’s in use without the need for manual activation. • Installation: The rendered brick wall will need to be drilled and anchored to support the washer. The previous installation to the cabinet walls must be safely dismantled.
