The movers couldn’t disconnect our Bosch Serie 6 washing machine. So we need a plumber with the tools and experience to do this. It’s a fairly tight spot so need someone who has done this before.

I need assistance with properly installing a wall-mounted washer in my kitchen. The washer is currently installed incorrectly, with the load being supported by the cabinet walls instead of the actual wall. This installation needs to be dismantled and the washer reinstalled securely onto the rendered brick wall behind it. Details: • Drainage Issue: The kitchen drain outlet is situated at a higher elevation, and the washer does not have a built-in drain pump. At the moment, I’m using a sump pump to drain the washer, but this needs to be turned on separately each time the washer is used. • Solution Needed: I’m looking to reinstall the washer and incorporate a flow switch connected to a small drain pump. This will allow the washer to automatically drain every time it’s in use without the need for manual activation. • Installation: The rendered brick wall will need to be drilled and anchored to support the washer. The previous installation to the cabinet walls must be safely dismantled. We’ve just moved house and unfortunately can’t get out washing machine properly connected to the water. When hose is connected there is water leaking out from the tap/hose connection. We didn’t have this problem at our previous property with the machine. We could have damaged the hose trying to disconnect/connect or may need new washer? Unsure! Washing machine is a general Bosch Serie 4 and previous owners didn’t have any problems with taps connected to their machine.
