My washing machine is filling with water but not spinning or rinsing. I have checked the filter and a Bobby pin came out straight away but it’s still not working. The water comes gushing out when I open the filter. Please help :)

Help needed installing stacking kit onto LG Sensor dryer. Please note the washing machine it needs to be stacked onto is an Electrolux front loader so not sure if they are compatible? So may require a bracket being stalled instead? I have the stacking kit for LG dryer.

Electrolux 7.5kg front loader. I put on a load of washing and it stopped working after a few minutes but no error code showing. Now cannot get the door open. Appears to be some leaking in the pipes that I also need help tightening.
