My washing machine stopped working today. I heard a bit of a clunk noise and then an error popped up. The error is supposedly a blockage in the filter and water not draining out. My LG front loader washing machine isn’t draining the water at the end of a wash. An error message comes up which indicates that the water isn’t draining. I drained it manually as per the instruction manual. The machine was purchased new about 10 years ago and I have never had a problem with it in the past. Anyone good at diagnosing and fixing watching machines?

Washing Machine Repair LG Front Loader - not spinning as it should be Tried to do a good deed and gifted this machine only for it to play up on installation. Pretty confident it’s the drive belt but you’re the professional hopefully! It’s spinning but not at the right speed resulting in garments still being too wet. Model no etc provided in image attached. Thank you for your assistance.
