LG front loader model wd13020d1. The door won’t open. I’ve manually drained the machine and it doesn’t appear to be an excess of water stuck issue. I’ve troubleshooted online and disconnected the power etc but still can’t override the lock

Hello there seems to be a small water leak from the washing machine to tap connection. Delivery person who set up new washing machine noticed and left tap off so it could be checked.

There is an old washing machine in my apartment that needs to be removed. Whether you want to keep the old washing machine or dispose at council collection site is up to you. Council collection site is in basement so it will be quite convenient. New washing machine to be installed is already in apartment so you will simply have to install that and remove the old one for me. Need some help moving a washing machine between 2 apartments (same floor of building, apartments approx 20m apart door to door). Ideally also help with uninstall and reinstall.
