I’m looking for an experienced and reliable technician to repair a washing machine that is not draining water. The machine starts the cycle normally, but when it reaches the draining phase, the water remains inside the drum. I suspect it might be an issue with the pump or a blockage in the drain hose, but I need an expert to diagnose and fix the problem.

My washing machine has started leaking after I tried to remove the filter to give it a clean. My dishwasher has started leaving residue on the glasses, plates, cutlery etc. I've tried cleaning all the parts and I've tried using dishwasher cleaner as well as baking soda/vinegar however it hasn't fixed the issue.
