Laundry has stopped in the middle of a cycle and it’s not starting again. Needs diagnostics and service

Our Baumatic 7.5kg washing machine stopped during the process, and door was locked while showing E11 error code on the screen. It`s an old one I cannot find what mode it is. We tried: Unplugged power for 8 hours, completed a cycle, removed and cleaned filter. Did not work at all.

Every time when I plugged the washing machine there is power outage, it didn’t happen before and when I asked landlord he told me there might be some circuit breaker in the washing machine because of that it is consuming more power.

My washing machine will not pump out water when doing the spin cycle. If I open the filter part at the bottom and drain the water out manually it finishes perfectly fine but I would rather not have too.

Some issue with washing machine after it was loaded with more cloth yesterday. Tub doesn’t spin and if it spins it creates noise.
