Sent multiple requests to release payment within 3 hours of the job being completed. Didn’t have correct tools to complete the job so the task took longer than expected. Scratched the surface of the washing machine multiple times and requested extra money for the task.

Our toploader is off centre and doesn't spin properly anymore. Whenever clothes are not equally distributed it hits the sides and shows an error code (during the spin cycle). I think it's the springs that need to be replaced for it to be mentioned well (I have no idea, but this is my guess).
