I have a combined laundry and bathroom in my granny flat, There is a laundry sink unit installed next to the washing machine as can be seen in the photos I need the remove Laundry sink unit removed. And a new wooden table over the washing machine installed with a cabinet under. Where the sink used to be. I want to use this place as an iron stand I also want a wooden board installed to seperate the toilet and the washing machine so it separates the toilet and the laundry area. The width of this table needs to be 1.2m with the washing machine taking up 0.65m and a small cabinet which is 0.55m . Note the cabinet needs a whole for washing machine drainage pipe. I want a quote for a lump sump cost all inclusive of the removal of the following - removal of the sink unit - extension of any plumbing work - construction of the cabinet and table as requested (I have attached a concept photo of what I want) Ideally I want to get it done all in one day Thanks Sibgha
