Under the sink , we need to replace the old pipes to allow for a washing machine overflow to be lower down to allow it to flow properly. These current pipes are quite old and not ideal. The water flow from the washing machine pipe needs to be lower as possible . please let me know the price as I am not sure . -Needs a plumber Due date: Flexible but need it soon if posisble

We’re about to renovate our laundry (new tiles, bench top etc) and we’re interested in getting the floor underneath the washing machine reinforced to reduce the whole house vibration we’re getting. You are welcome to pull up tiles so you can work from above. House is 70’s built and on stumps. You will not need to re-tile afterwards. Any suggestions we’re happy to hear.

The machine did not spin properly and it started smoking when the machine finished when I opened the door. It had a burning smell. For this load the machine “rattled” a bit as I think it was unbalanced. By the way it’s a front loader “Samsung”, brought it in 2007. I do an extra spin cycle after the main wash. But yesterday I put another load in after the second load and the machine was fine, but I did NOT DO a second spin cycle. Also after when I take the clothes out I always check the drum for any clothes left behind and I spin it with my hand. Now it won’t spin it gets stuck. Is it worth repairing or do I purchase another machine? The machine is also due for a “clean” which I do every 3-4 months. Your response would be appreciated. Anna

Filter can’t be removed. Appears to be stuck with something obstructing it. May have to remove front panel to free it.
