Hi All, recently bought a washing machine. Shakes violently when running a cycle, however washes fine. Was hoping someone would be able to come and take a look at it.

Washing machine hose too tight to unscrew. We have the replacement hose ready to go we just need someone to loosen it!

Hi, I need a repair done on my old, top loader washing machine. It will not spin properly or drain, I think it is clogged. It is an old Simpson espirit 450 (4.5 litre). we have a front loader Miele washing machine and dryer. They are both working well but have had them for 7+years and they have gathered some mould (in the washing machine seal) and lots of lint (in the dryer). I have a Euromaid WM5PRO washing machine, that a few months ago, I paid the best part of $300 for someone to come out and look at it. They said the water inlet valve was the issue and quoted me another $500+ to fix it - almost 300 of which was on the part. Instead, I bought the part online myself (for $50 no less!) and now I am on the hunt for someone to finish the repair. My dad reckons it's an easy job for someone who knows what they're doing - but that unfortunately isn't me - haha. I've been without a working washing machine since before Xmas so would really love to get it sorted if possible.
