New washing machine in box, need to install

Both my washing machine and dryer aren’t working. My washing machine won’t spin and my dryer keeps saying empty water container when it’s empty

I put a jute doormat in wachine machine. Now it seems like it’s blocked and door remains blocked after cycle. Hoping to unblock and remove doormat.

The washing machine is not turning on. Basic trouble shooting was done like trying unplug it but still doesn't work. Access will need to be arranged through the guest, so Airtasker should contact them directly before the visit. The guest is only available tomorrow after 5 PM. Our Beko BFL7510W has its pump filter cap stuck as there’s likely small items stuck. The filter will turn but it can’t be pulled out fully. Need someone to unscrew it for us - that’s all. If you’re experienced it’ll take you less than 10 minutes!
