My Samsung top loader washing machine needs to be fixed. I am unable to wash my clothes as dirt is coming up through the drum and making my clothes filthy. I have cleaned out the filter and machine multiple times but dirt continues to come up through the bottom drum. I believe some kind of tool is needed to remove the bolt to open up the drum.
