My Samsung top loader washing machine needs to be fixed. I am unable to wash my clothes as dirt is coming up through the drum and making my clothes filthy. I have cleaned out the filter and machine multiple times but dirt continues to come up through the bottom drum. I believe some kind of tool is needed to remove the bolt to open up the drum. (I will need to plug in an electric cable between the washing machine and dryer before it is pushed back into position.) - Push 400 litre fish tank back into place (Approx. 30cm to underneath window.
