We've had a bit of a run around with a Kogan washing machine. We've recently received a brand new one. While installing we've found that there was no proper connection for the dirty water to drain directly to the pipes (previously we used a U bend into the sink). While the machine is in its spin cycle, the machine runs away! It's also extremely loud. We definitely need help with proper installation, possible plumbing connections and to also see if there's a fault while in the spin cycle. We've been without a working machine for close to 3 months and we're totally over it! Hoping to get the job done at a very reasonable price and quickly. I've added the price here not really know the costs of things. Let me know what is reasonable and we can work it out.
