I have bought second hand relatively new washing machine. Works fine apart from when doing a white wash. Clothes come out covered in black marks each time. I have thoroughly cleaned machine and dnt multiple hot washes with vinegar, bicarb and washing machine cleaner solutions to no avail. Our LG washing machine is brand new and has been installed but won’t drain. Looking for someone to fix it for us incl potentially providing a new drain hose if needed. Price negotiable

The hot water cap is sealed shut and can’t be undone, we need a plumber to come and either remove this or replace the tap. The drainage hose is also too short to reach the outlet hole, so we need a plumber to either lengthen the hose or plumber it into the pipe. Thank you!
