Euromaid washing machine in need of repair. The machine is turning on but won’t complete wash. Will do rinse and spin (16 minutes) but no other setting. Looking for plumber to have a look and see what the issue is.

At the start of the washing cycle the water would fill up but the drum is locked and not spinning. I have recently had the pump changed and everything was working fine until last night.

Anytime I go to start my wash it stops a few minutes in and an "add" function comes up on the screen. I then have to press start again or open and close the door and then press start before it'll continue the wash. It can happen a few times through the wash. Iv cleaned the filter, and no pipes are kinked at the back.

We bought a new washing machine. Due to an issue at the delivery, they did not complete the fitting. I cannot properly connect the water supply without it leaking. I am looking for someone to complete the fitting.
