Hire a professional washing machine repair service in Mordialloc

When the washing machiene spins the rubber burns and smoke comes out of the machiene, everything else works but not sure why this started happening. Need this to be fixed asap

The seal in my (new) washing machine has a bit missing (no idea how that happened). I have the replacement seal from the manufacturer. I just need someone who knows what they are doing to replace the new one. And if possible, help take the cupboard door off to get the washing machine out of the space it is in.
