Our landlords washing machine has stopped draining properly and we are desperate to fix it asap! It's an LG Intellowasher 7kg and the issue seems to be with the pump. The water is not draining out of the washing machine and it is not doing a spin cycle. There is still a pool of water in the bottom of the barrel after removing clothes. Can't see any hose kinks, have already cleared out filter. I can't pull the washing machine out on my own and it is damp underneath.
