Have a Samsung bubble washer/dryer that doesn’t operate correctly. There’s seems to be in an issue with drainage as we are repeated getting the 5C error (blocked drain). I have drained the water from the filter and cleaned it multiple times but that doesn’t fix the issue. I suspect the drain pump is blocked on my machine which is a Bosch WAW28460AU. It made weird noises in the drain pump area during the last wash, like something was moving around there. I tried to open the pump cover to clean it out but it is stuck and I can't get it to open. Need help please - Due date: Flexible
