Hisense HWFL1014V Not draining water. All drain hoses Ive cleared. Showing Error Codes F01 and F03. Have had to drain manually twice. Machine stops on drain cycle and wont fully complete a full wash cycle without throwing the codes. Thinking its done its drain pump

Our washing machine is no longer filling up with cold water. I’ve been told by my stepdad (who is admittedly not an expert) that apparently it’s a pretty simple fix with some valve or something but I know nothing about washing machines and will likely blow my suburb up if I try to fix it. Everything else on the machine works fine, even the hot water which flows normally, just cold water so it shouldn’t be too hard to fix, I hope. We are currently filling the thing up with a hose which is understandably annoying. I’ve listed the budget as $100 but I honestly have no idea and would like to get a few quotes.
