Washing machine spins but there is something loose causing a very loud sound

Model: Bosch logix 8 front load Washing machine door is fine, just the locking hole thing in the machine is loose and moving around freely and not attached to the screw holes as pictured below. I tried to pull it closer but obviously, it needs to be screwed in place or clipped in place from inside. not too sure about the details.

Hi I am looking for a plumber to fix my washing machine problem. I found out what the problem is which is the water pump on the bottom of the washing machine it's blocked and won't drain the water out. It started with an error code of Pu I looked it up and it said blockage of the water pump so I took of the inlet on the bottom and I was able to see water blocked in the pump and cannot unclog or drain it kept beeping non stop. My house is located in oakleigh south and I have a budget of $100. Please can someone do this task today. My washing machine is leaking from the bottom side. The machine itself is located on top of the dishwasher. I’m not sure what the problem seems to be. We have a Bosch 7kg front loader that does not drain all the water. There is always water left in the bottom, leaving a stagnant water smell. Have to drain from the front every first load.
