I’m seeking someone who is able to assist with fixing my washing machine. The machine is a top loader ‘LG - Smart Drum’, Inverter Direct Drive. I’ve had issues for the past couple of years. Where I’ve put a load of washing on, and not long after starting the cycle it would start beeping with an error message ‘DL’. I then had to open and shut the lid a few times and press ‘PLAY’ until the lock symbol appeared. I now have a bigger issue, and it’s the first time it’s occurred. I’ve ran a load of washing and the cycle has finished. But now it’s locked, and I’m not able to open it (with the beeping sound, and same error message ‘DL’). I just wanted to see whether there was anyone within the Campbelltown, Narrallen area. Who was able to assist or fix my washing machine. At a reasonable price. Thank you in advance.
