Samsung bubble wash washer/dryer has an error code 5c or 5d saying there is a problem with the drainage hose.

Hugh was amazing. He came on the day I posted the ad, fixed my washing machine in about 20 minutes and followed up to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely use Hugh again for appliance issues.
