Our washing machine leaks water during the rinse cycle, so there is very likely a leak in the fill and drain hose. We’re located in Princes Hill.

My washing machine doesn't spin anymore. I have cleaned the filter and empty the emergency drain tube, check the drain hose and still no luck. Looking to get it fixed today ideally. Thanks!

I turned my washing machine off at the wall and some kind of wire sparked, smell of burning happened and washing machine hasn’t worked since. Not sure if I need to buy a new one or if I can get someone to just replace the wire (or whatever it was) that blew up. I need somebody who is able to remove a built-in washing machine (please refer to the photos attached). There is a relatively thick benchtop above it, with a storage cabinet on the right side. Samsung WF1804WPC no longer spinning, the drum has stopped moving completely. The washing machine still goes through the cycle and drains water but the drum does not move during. You can hear the motor making the sounds that it normally does during agitation or spin cycles but without any drum movement. I have used the emergency drain to clear water and cleaned out the filter which did not fix the issue. We did notice the last few weeks there has been some water leaking out the bottom. - Due date: Flexible

Washing machine (front loader) is making very loud noises when spinning (sounds like a saw) - found a screw that came loose a few weeks ago inside the drum, but noises started before this. Any help to fix this is appreciated!
