The door handle is broken and I cannot get my clothes. My work uniform is in there and need to open the door ASAP! I believe the latch is stuck, you could probably reach from under and unhook it if you know what you’re doing.

Waited 2 hours, the technician arrived, spent 15 minutes opening and closing the washing machine, and then said it would cost $500 to fix—better to buy a new one. Still had to pay $100 for the visit.

I've checked the wiring, nothing looks like it's worn. I've unplugged it over night and tried again, and got the same error. I managed to get it to spin with a little manual help, so pretty sure the motor or fine too. So most likely one of the electrical components? There's a good iFixit.com (#498491) suggestion I tried and it points to a possible Hall Sensor? Please provide quote to check and fix with parts.
