The symbol of 'water tap ' is flashing. According to the user manual, it means 'no water supply'. But: - The water hose in the sink works fine, and I did not touch anything before the symbol suddenly begins to flash. - Because the washing machine is placed into the recess under the countertop in the laundry room and is very heavy, I can't pull it out to check if the inserted hose is loose or clogged. I think a specialized tool is needed for the inspection - The model of the machine is 'WGA254U0AU'. It is a quite new model - been used within 1.5yrs.

Hi, My Miele washing machine is stuck on the rinse cycle and doesn’t finish its washing program. “Rinse” light flashes and it stops there. The drum can spin as I’ve tried on other settings and it does drain out but just doesn’t seem to like the rinse! I’ve cleaned what I can with the inlet/drain but still no luck. There isn’t anything leaking and no other sounds or flashing lights. Model: W2104
