there was a smell of rubber when the machine was washing. i managed to check the belt that spins the drum and there is no damage to it. i feel something is stuck under the drum i prefer to get someone today but i am also flexible for Saturday.

Washing machine fills with water but barrel doesnt spin. Checked in the back and rubber rotor seems intact. Not sure what else might be causing this. Front loader, SMEG, about 7-8 years old.
