My washing machine, which is a Simpson 7kg front loader is gets stuck on a cycle wash and does not go past a certain amount of minutes (e.g. I tried draining the machine and it’s supposed to cycle on 8 minutes but instead is stuck on 7 and the water won’t pump out).
