Our Fisher & Paykel washing machine (9kg front load) has been faulty since Friday. Instead of spending hundreds on a new one, we want to see if it's repairable. I can provide videos of the actual issue, but basically: Turning it on, it works fine for 5 mins then turns off by itself. When we try to turn it back on, the system turns on, then off, on and off. Then turns off completely. If we try again in an hour, same thing happens, works for 5 mins then turns off We tried draining the filter, but nothing else comes to mind.
Ricky has a great level of expertise, finding the issue, explaining it in detail and then resolving it. Would definitely recommend.
