The extra parts costed more than expected but he ended up taking the entire machine apart to clean out our washing machine and make sure it was fine before he left. It's was a big job but he done it in an 1.5hrs.

Ariston front loader waching washing is leaking water and it appears to be coming from an internal location. Unable to find any cracks on external inlet hose or waste pipe. Separate to internal leak, the inlet hose fitting on the main water connection will need fixing as it also started to leak when we tried to diagnose the issue.
Ben was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to respond, communicated well and got the job done hassle free. He was even able to fix a different annoying task we’d been putting off. Would highly recommend Ben for any job
