My washer dryer needs repairing. In order for it to be repaired it needs moving. It’s in the corner of a small bathroom. You can’t pull it out, as it’s between the shower and the sink. It needs lifting up and over the sink. There isn’t much room to get in and lift it though. It’s a bit of a challenge, that I need both help figuring out how to do, and the manpower to pull it off.

The spin function is failing. Spinning is frequently giving the unbalanced alarm. It CAN complete spin parts of a wash but requires constant attention and redistribution of the load and sometimes we just give up. This has been the case for about six weeks and becoming a very frequent issue. The washing machine is about 8 years old. My housemate and I have a Bosche Serie 6 washer/dryer. We recently received (I believe) an e18 error code. The manual instructed us to take the bottom panel and hose cap off to drain, which we successfully did. The pump cover next to the hose feels welded in tightly though so we haven’t been able to open it per the instructions. The hose cap also got lost while trying to fix so we need a replacement for that. It could also be a hose kink issue but we’ve been using this machine effectively for 9 months until it now randomly stopped working. If you need more info please ask, cheers.

Hello, We’ve just moved into a new place and our washing machine isn’t working. It has an IE error and we’ve tried adjusting the hose and tap but can’t seem to get it working. Is this something you could take a look at? If it’s an expensive fix, id be happy to to cover the consultation fee and then not proceed with the repair. But hoping it’s a quick fix! It’s an LG true steam. It was stored upside down the last few months so hoping that didnt ruin the electrics or something … eek
