Require special tool to remove Miele dryer and stacker from Miele washing machine - and need it moved to the footpath for council pick-up. I live in a basement apartment and there are 17 steps up to footpath level.

A Fisher & Paykel top loader washing machine is having problems. When a load starts, the program halts and the washing machine beeps loudly. It does not complete its cycle, and now is not starting a cycle. It will fill with water and then rinse and spin, it does not wash.
