Rinnai continuous hot water system. B16. 7 years old. No hot water. Makes a clicking sound in unit when hot water activated. Rinnai phone tech says it’s probably a water flow issue. Not enough pressure to fire up the system or there’s a problem with the inhibitor on the unit. Unit was fine until we turned water off to replace meter box handle (no inhibitor in new handle). My water heater was working okay until yesterday. I believe it might be just be the pilot light that’s not working. I need someone to come and assess and hopefully ignite the light.
