I want to install on wall tankless water heater for a small family in a 2 bathroom and kitchen house. I need full quote including material and installation. Also suggestion on whether to go with gas or electric. I prefer electric. I am not looking for any state rebate. I have an existing gas heater which isn't working and very old and require replacement. Budget is tentative and need quote. I have added photos of existing unit. All fittings and piping is there.
