My laundry tap has leaked and damaged the chipboard in laundry cupboard. Wanting to have the swelled chipboard replaced with weatherboard.

We need some cement / outdoor grout fixed that has eroded in a small section between our outdoor papers and wooden doors / weatherboards. It's a small area but leads to right under the house so need a good solution that won't look odd next to existing grout between the other existing section.

We have some wooden weatherboards that off fallen off near the roof/front facade of the house. Would need fixing and revarnishing painting. Would need to have a look and quote and provide pricing.

1) Have bought a foldable drying rack that needs mounting on the outside of weatherboard house. Will need to put supports on the studs and mount it onto that. 2) We have a wooden mount for a hose pipe that needs securing in the ground with bricks or cement. 3) Three sections of wood need restoring

Replace section of 2 adjoining weatherboards. Happy to negotiate price.

Repair weatherboard please

The reblockers took the plinths off the house. I require them to be replaced and about a dozen weatherboards to be replaced or filled. I'm not sure of a the cost. I look forward to your measure and quote.

I've been away from my little cottage in Devonport for a while. It's been well looked after but the garden will need a hack (and then a tip run?) and the cupboard in the old chimney breast will need painting...and perhaps I'll want a shelf put up. Hi there, I am looking for someone to come and replace a section of one weatherboard on the house as it's become soft. I realised this as we sanded them all back to fill the cracks and repaint. We have a spare weatherboard you can use for this. In the photos, it's the second weatherboard from the top on the right hand side (I've posted some close-ups of where it's too damaged to repair. Require weatherboards replaced. About 5-6 different boards x 4.3 metres in length. Also small section of skirting to be replaced. Require supply and fitting. Removal of old ones from wall, but can be left at the property as I will dispose of. No painting, just supply and fix to wall. Happy to pay based upon hourly rate + materials.

I am looking for someone to assist with setting up a house to have Hardie board CFC 7.5mm weatherboards. Ideally someone who has experience with the set up Set up for stop ends, starter strip, int corners etc. house has been sarked and ready to go. I am wanting to learn so would love to assist and be the TA for the day/s. (I am capable just need to be shown once).
