We have a bunch of weather boards that need to be replaced. I am after a reliable builder able to complete this work. I also need window frames replaced which I am getting someone else to manufacture.

1) Have bought a foldable drying rack that needs mounting on the outside of weatherboard house. Will need to put supports on the studs and mount it onto that. 2) We have a wooden mount for a hose pipe that needs securing in the ground with bricks or cement. 3) Three sections of wood need restoring

Hi there, I am looking for someone to come and replace a section of one weatherboard on the house as it's become soft. I realised this as we sanded them all back to fill the cracks and repaint. We have a spare weatherboard you can use for this. In the photos, it's the second weatherboard from the top on the right hand side (I've posted some close-ups of where it's too damaged to repair. I need some new weatherboards gap filled. Firstly the nail holes (with wood filler). Secondly, silicon gunning the overlap between boards. Then a sander run over the whole lot. I will provide all materials but you will need your own extension ladder. And be comfortable workly safely up on it. Please, only people with some competency with this kind of thing, I don't want to be teaching a first timer ! There is plenty of other work on the house if you are able to complete this, and are looking for work. $25 per hour.

We recently took down a TV wall mount, leaving a few holes from the bracket and cabling that need patching and painting. Additionally, we’ve removed an old air conditioning unit (window air conditioner?), which has left a larger opening. We’re looking to have the interior hole covered, plastered and painted. As for the exterior hole, it requires new weatherboard to patch up the opening. We understand this might fall outside your service scope, so please advise if you do/don't handle external house repairs. I've also not included the exterior work in the task budget. That can be quoted separately. On that note, we are more likely to offer the job to the awesome person who can do the external repairs as well i.e. replace the weatherboard (and painting) so feel free to include the quote for that. I understand that my initial budget is at the low end and appreciate that it will be more than this. I’ve added the photos. The opening is approx 600x800 cm and the area that the TV was mounted is approx 500x200 cm. I also discovered a crack in the wall that’s about 500cm long. A pic of the exterior wall is also included where there is now a temproary sheet to cover the opening.
