Remove and replace weatherboards in a back section of the house and also move bathroom window and door (in framework). Price must include removal of old materials and replacement weatherboards. Potentially replace 2 interior partition walls as well.

Looking for a handyman to come tomorrow, look at and hopefully help secure the loose weatherboard on the house. Please note it requires climbing our flat roof as it is second storey. Pic included -I think it’s just the one plank.

A weatherboard panel needs refixing on the second story; a pigeon has moved in and needs removing as well. The panel is quite long fixed along the top edge, and is flapping in the wind. See picture

At least 4-5 panels are damaged & need replacement at rear of house in veranda They are half length & no damaged to window area or door

Block hole in eves adjoining two residence. Possums are gaining access through this. Hole to be blocked with Weatherboard and Sealant.
