The existing toilet window has a shutter glass that's always closed, need to replace the toilet window. Inside, Bathroom and Toilet are seperate rooms, but the window outside looks like it's on a common frame. Refer to pictures for more information. a weather board and surrounds have become detached from the side of the house and needs reattaching. The job is accessible from a part of the roof which is accessible from a ladder which I have. Small job but banned from getting on the roof at my age.

Supply, cut and Install new treated pine stud to enable replacement weatherboards to be fixed onto 3. then cut and replace with new weatherboard sections (weatherboards supplied by owner).
