Hi, I need help with setting up and packing up faux florals for a wedding ceremony and reception on 9/10/25. At this stage, we require a floral arch and welcome sign to be picked up from my house in Blacktown and then to be transported to the ceremony (The Rocks) and then to the reception (Alexandria). It will also need to be packed up and transported back to our house after the reception. The arch is 2m and 2.2m tall and about 1m wide each. It can also be dismantled (in half) but will then need to be reassembled. You will have heaps of free time during the actual ceremony and reception itself :) Previous experience with setting up wedding florals preferred. Price is negotiable. You’ll probably need a truck or van to transport the florals.

Wedding at Cronulla Surf Club. Need someone with florist experience to arrange flower and decorate the wedding ceremony and the reception. All equipment and flowers will be given on the day.

In need of assistance with Event Florals - working with Artificial Faux Flowers. You will be working alongside team members to create floral arrangements for a wedding. Looking for someone to help set up and take down of pre-made floral decorations for wedding reception, approx one bridal table and 20 guest tables. The decorations will involve 20 table centrepieces and 4 metre bridal table. The helper will need to get to the venue between 1 - 5pm to set up on the day and come back at 11pm to help take down.

Hello, my weddings are on the 30/11 and 1/12/24 at Epping Club and Gunners Barracks. The first ceremony is an Indian Mandap, while the second is a western style. We are DIYing a lot of it, hence I need someone who will be helping to set up the florals and centerpieces on the day of each wedding to ensure everything is beautiful!!
