We are having a registry wedding in Pyrmont and need a photographer to capture photos of the ceremony as well as photos of the family before and after the ceremony outside the Registry Office. Expected to need these services for a maximum of 1.5 - 2 hours from 10am - 11.30am/12pm on the 25th of January. I imagine most photos will be family portrait shots with some couple shots. We're seeking a DJ with experience in wedding receptions to perform at our wedding on 15 February at Cargo Hall. Hello there! My partner and I are seeking an amazing person to help us in staying on top of our wedding preparations. Our wedding, with 65-80 guests expected, is set for November 25 on Tamborine Mountain in SE QLD, but our schedules have become unexpectedly busy. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day. While we have already made some progress with the planning and have a checklist, there is still quite a bit left to do. We are searching for someone who can assist us with tasks such as finalising vendor arrangements, coordinating with the venue, and managing the RSVPs. If you are highly organised, personable, and enthusiastic, we would be thrilled if you could give us a hand!

Looking for an on the day wedding coordinator to be available from 2pm-4:30pm approx to assist with the wedding ceremony. I would like them on the day to make sure guests fill from the front of the church, take the church pamphlets to the church and make sure the florist/music at church all under control, hand out flower petals to guests to throw up to the bride and groom, let guests know where they need to be next, help anyone order a taxi or Uber to reception. Must be available for a coffee/phone call beforehand to go through everything. Timing is approx 2pm-4:30pm. Guests arriving to church 2:30pm, and I expect guests to leave the church by 4:30pm.
