Hi! Hoping to hire a freelance photographer to take a few photos at the registry in Melbourne. Will be 2/3 hrs of work. Ideally film and digital photos.

We need assistants to help pass out food, collect dishes, clear tables, clean, and some set up tasks. We have space for 3 shifts (@$25 per hour) -1-10pm - 2-11pm - 3-11pm You will be working under our vendors and day of coordinator who are very familiar with the venue. We would like to have a phone call with you before to chat through your tasks and confirm any questions you have about the event :)

Wedding decorations for wedding

Our wedding reception is at our house on the 23/11 - Saturday. We are having people back the next day 24/11 - Sunday, So just need help cleaning - mop floors etc. Also if you could remove cans, bottles etc. maybe be a 2 hour job for 2 people. Will pay more if goes longer. Start time for clean is 8:00am.

Need waiters for my wedding. Ideally 3 waiters will be required (5 hrs wedding event + 2 hrs cleaning). Total approx 130 guests. Tasks include: Serving food, beverages, refilling jugs, answering common event questions (ie. location of toilets etc). Washing and packing of dishes after the wedding event. We are getting married on the 19th october and in east fremantle we are having our reception looking for either 1 or 2 people to work the wedding to replace wine bottles as they are finished top the hot food in the chaffing dishes and salad. Hello there! My partner and I are seeking an amazing person to help us in staying on top of our wedding preparations. Our wedding, with 65-80 guests expected, is set for November 25 on Tamborine Mountain in SE QLD, but our schedules have become unexpectedly busy. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day. While we have already made some progress with the planning and have a checklist, there is still quite a bit left to do. We are searching for someone who can assist us with tasks such as finalising vendor arrangements, coordinating with the venue, and managing the RSVPs. If you are highly organised, personable, and enthusiastic, we would be thrilled if you could give us a hand!

Looking for an on the day wedding coordinator to be available from 2pm-4:30pm approx to assist with the wedding ceremony. I would like them on the day to make sure guests fill from the front of the church, take the church pamphlets to the church and make sure the florist/music at church all under control, hand out flower petals to guests to throw up to the bride and groom, let guests know where they need to be next, help anyone order a taxi or Uber to reception. Must be available for a coffee/phone call beforehand to go through everything. Timing is approx 2pm-4:30pm. Guests arriving to church 2:30pm, and I expect guests to leave the church by 4:30pm.
