Seeking an experienced events host/waiter to assist at a backyard wedding of circa 65 people. It will be a fairly relaxed event. Just need someone to assist with ensuring the drinks station is topped up with bottles of wine and beers (guests will serve themselves), setting up the taco station with food from the fridge (including heating up some food in the oven) and just ensuring that the wedding runs smoothly. Nothing formal, more of a garden party to celebrate the couple! 3.30pm - 7.30pm (4 hours in total)

We would love to hire 1 bar staff on the bar for our backyard wedding on October 19th. We need someone to bring out 7 plates of canapes from our indoor fridge and place on the canape table outside after the ceremony at 4pm, then to be on the bar serving limoncello spritz' & champagne until 8pm. Looking for a Videographer to put together a video of our wedding. Including Preparation, Photo Shoot, ceremony and reception. Prep and Photo Shoot will be at a different location to ceremony and reception. Needed for 9/11/24.
