Hi, We are having a lunchtime wedding in Sassafras on the 3rd of November for about 120 people. Food trucks are providing the main meal. We would like to hire 2 staff to help with other things on the day from 11:30am to 6:30pm. Some of the things we would like you to do throughout the day: - Serving drinks at a kiosk window. This includes bottled drinks, wine, and also mixing up drinks (such as whisky and coke) - Serve tea and coffee (there will be an automatic coffee machine which will be easy to use but will require monitoring the level of milk) - Cleaning dishes (such as wine glasses, water glasses, mugs, and plates) - Tidying up around the venue. For example: collecting glasses, putting rubbish in bins, emptying and replacing bin bags - Occasionally checking if paper towels and toilet paper need restocking in the bathrooms - Cleaning/wiping down tables and the kiosk/kitchen We also have some other things that we’d like your help with at specific times: - Pouring glasses of champagne and passing them around for a toast at the end of our ceremony - Put out the charcuterie boards immediately after the ceremony ends - Put out the dessert platters during the speeches - Put leftovers from food trucks, charcuterie boards, and desserts away There may be additional tasks along these lines. Amy had great communication with me prior to my event. This was last minute so her organisation was very appreciated. Amy arrived early and allowed herself to be set up well and truly before guests arrived. Amy was warm and friendly and was a whizz at making cocktails for our guests. She kept them flowing and glasses were filled. Highly recommend and will certainly hire again for next event. 💝🙏🏻👌
