Needing someone to be the coordinator for my wedding on a private property.

I am looking for someone with event experience who can help the two venues organise set-up and make sure things run on schedule (photographer, speeches, etc). Wedding starts at 12pm, so your time would start at 10:30am and finish at 4pm during reception.

Hi, We are looking for a wedding coordinator that will take control of the wedding on the day and probably 3 months out to ensure all of the planning runs smoothly. We’re getting married in early May in Beechmont, QLD, and need a coordinator for our wedding to run the day. I need a wedding planner to help me plan for my wedding in 6 months time from now.

I need someone to set up our reception with our decorations We only have a 1.5 -2 hour opportunity to do this Set up bridal table Set up flowers on plinths Set up welcome sign and easel Surround welcome sign and flowers with lanterns Gift table decorations Cake table decorations Back drop(check and tidy curtain being hired) Check toilets are tidy and put guest basket in washroom Place Flowers on bar Everything will be in tubs labelled and basic instructions will be included. We need a planner on our wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly, from setup in the morning to the ceremony at 4pm, cocktail session, food and then getting the band started. The day will be Saturday the 19th of July at Obi Obi Hall Sunshine Coast so someone from that area would be great.
