Hi all, We are getting married on 10 May 2025 (both women). You won't be required to fill up anyone's drinks, or serve anyone's food. This is setting up dinner and dessert buffet/topping up the eskies and the appetizers and setting up the table and chairs. The venue is BYO drinks so will need to have drinks (wine and beer) moved from the storage room into ice buckets/eskies. We will have a number of appetizers on platters in the fridge that will need to be either put straight out on the bench or heat up then put out on the bench. Prior to dinner (6:00pm) these will need to be tidied up, put into containers in the fridge or disposed of. At 5pm 2x trestle tables will need to be set up next to the bench seat at the venue, a table cloth laid, a few lights in mason jars placed and chairs placed around (these are all in the storage room at the venue). Dinner will be delivered at 5:30pm and will need to be collected from the door and transferred to some serving platters with service utensils and put out onto the bench for dinner at 6:00pm. Bowls and cutlery will need to be put onto the bench as well so guests can serve themselves. After dinner please pack away the remaining food and set up the dessert table on the bench. All cakes and serving platters will be in the fridge and kitchen. I am expecting the job to go from 3:00pm - 7:30pm. Thanks for reading.

My partner and I are getting married tomorrow! Essentially a legals-only marriage but we will be saying vows with a celebrant and our mothers will be there as witnesses and we will be in the botanical gardens. We would like some high quality photos taken, either with your camera or ours, in a RAW format that I can edit myself later.
