Looking for bar and wait staff for my wedding on Saturday, 21 December 2024. Hours are roughly 2.30pm-10.30pm (may vary by one hour) Looking for three people in total: two bar staff and one floor runner to support bar staff and clear tables. Please see more information below. Tasks would involve; - 2x people manning the bar table by pouring wine (mostly cork screw wine) and handing out beers and seltzer cans to guests - 1x person to collect empty glasses from tables and stack in venue dish washer - 1x person to keep water jugs filled up - 1x person to restock bar table with drinks (from venue fridge or outside chiller) and glasses (from kitchen) - 2x people to collect dinner plates from tables once guests are finished eating and stacking in the venue dish washer (approx. 100 guests). Note, we are having a grazing table for dinner so the only wait service required is collecting plates once people have finished eating. Please feel free to message for more info! :)

Hello there! My partner and I are seeking an amazing person to help us in staying on top of our wedding preparations. Our wedding, with 65-80 guests expected, is set for November 25 on Tamborine Mountain in SE QLD, but our schedules have become unexpectedly busy. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day. While we have already made some progress with the planning and have a checklist, there is still quite a bit left to do. We are searching for someone who can assist us with tasks such as finalising vendor arrangements, coordinating with the venue, and managing the RSVPs.
