I have a few gardens that need to be weeded, my lawns need to be mowed and whipper snippered and hedges that need to be hedged. I do own a lawn mower though will need someone with a whipper snipper and hedge trimmer.

We have a 375sqm vacant block in the Arundel Springs Development that needs whipper snippering as it has become quite overgrown with the recent rain. The grass is between knee (approx 40cm) and shoulder (approx 1.2m) height. We would like the whole block, and the abutting nature strip (approx 12m long x 1.4m wide) whipper snipped down to a height of no greater than 20cm high, and the trimmed grass raked up and disposed of. There are three x small piles of miscellaneous rubbish (2 x rock and mixed building rubble, and one x packaging/rubbish) and approximately 15 small hessian sand bags bags of aggregate that we would like removed. Please make it clear in your quote whether you have allowed for removal of the rubbish/rubble/aggregate or not (it is ok to exclude if it is not possible).
