Hi, we need our small townhouse backyard whipper snipped, grass clumps dug up, removal of all grass, large amount of green matter taken away, weed killer on whole yard, golden palm clean up & removal of the babies, pavers weeded and poisoned, and very good tidy up. We want it looking clean and tidy and much of the yard to end up as dirt. We then want the top of the soil turned over, and top soil added. We would like it ready for grass seed. We have a small to medium townhouse courtyard / yard but grass & weeds are well overgrown. Although it’s a small area because it is quite overgrown, and we want a lot totally removed, we are offering a higher price. Please only people who have a specialty in yard clean up.
