Neglected yard, knock down grass, remove schrubs and a few small trees. - Due date: Flexible

Front lawn not overgrown but needs mowing and edging. Back yard has weeds everywhere as last lawnmower man contaminated the lawn and is getting long. Lawnmower should do most of it but some parts need whippr snipping. Edging also adjacent to path. My last guy would have probably done this job for about $300, depending on how much green waste needed to be taken away. Garden needs to be ready prior to a rent inspection and Hay Fever makes it a horrible task for me and my partner. What is required is Mowing & Whipper Snipping green waste removal is preferred but not essential. Green Waste tidy up is mandatory please feel free to ask any additional questions.
