Opticomm was down for a couple of days now it’s working iam having trouble with my internet connecting

We have a wifi package that we require help to set up. We can do the running of cables and install but would need someone to advise how to set it up and attend and compete the setup. We have a d-link ac5300 router, and three TP link ax3600 access points to be completed. Open to discuss what’s involved and a cost.

We moved into our home in May and since then the wifi has been an issue. There are multiple areas with dead spots and our internet provider has had no real solution for us other than just keep buying boosters, but we would like someone to actually set up the right system with the right modems/boosters etc so we don’t have to try to guess ourselves.

G’day, I’m having a bit of trouble setting up my wifi and internet. I’ve got the router here and some details from my provider, but I’m not really sure what I’m doing. I just need someone who knows what they’re doing to get it all working so I can use the internet on my devices. I’ve just put $5 as the budget because that’s the lowest it lets me, but feel free to offer what you reckon is fair. Shouldn’t take too long for someone who knows their stuff. Cheers, John

I have recently moved to a new house and the house has an NBN FTTP connection. I also have took the new plan with Dodo. However, I struggle to connect with the model to get the internet network even though the cable is connected to the NBN D2 node. The house has an automation system from the previous owner which may make the routing configuration hard. I need to have a look at someone and connect with the new internet.

We purchased the Netgear Orbi Dual band Mesh wifi 6 system after the recent installation of nbn fttp. The wifi regularly drops out. Optus modem still shows Internet and we've had this monitored by Optus. Have reset and still experiencing issues. Need assistance to troubleshoot.
