I had More NBN. With a Google Nest router and two points. The speed at peak times was slow so I tried Aussie broadband. Now it doesn’t connect at all. Spent hours on the phone to Aussie broadband. Need someone to just fix it.

We need a technician to check and fix the WiFi in some of our units. Our tenants can find and connect to the WiFi, but there is no internet access. Restarting the router hasn’t resolved the issue—the green light is on, but the connection is still unavailable. I am after someone to look at our current internet. We have wifi extenders downstairs however are having issues with the internet upstairs. I have google home downstairs and a spare set of covr extenders which I would like to use for upstairs, but have been unable to set them up. So I would like to know if these can be set up if not I can purchase a few more google home extenders and have them set up - not a big job but I ahvent had much luck getting it done so need someone that has some idea of wifi and wifi extenders.

We are using a CCTV and doorbell from DMSS. But after changing our internet provider, we are struggling to reset the Wi-Fi. We are using 5G (and before), but we can’t connect it to Wi-Fi. We have to use a LAN cable instead. I remember that the installer initially connected it with a cable and then set up the Wi-Fi. Would you be able to set it up for us?

We have iinet fttn with supplied tp link archer modem, deco mesh access point wired to modem and three more deco nodes. Signal strength is good, speed test indicates 80mb download but internet and streaming lags with frequent delays and time out on iphone and android. Deco diagnostic app says all good. Geeks 2u came out and said setup was ok, siggested turning off 5ghz channel. Slight difference but still laggy

My wifi hasn’t worked for 10 months and i have had multiple phone calls with the company where they’ve shared screen with me face timed tried everything and they say it might be an internal cord issue - I don’t know the best next step
