My son’s PC is not connecting to wifi. Not sure why

We recently had a new router (Telstra) installed. I forgot to ask the person who installed it to set up our wifi extended for the front half of the house. We used to have it so the back of the house we were on one wifi name and the front of the house on another - it all came from the one router - I don't understand how these things are done. So now we don't get any wifi in the front part of the house. We have also been unable to connect the Neff ovens to our wifi since - these are in the same open plan living as the main router. I just need someone who can come and complete the set up. The main reason for the change in modem was to improve speed. The original job was to set up the Nord VPN on the TV, This was done and is working perfectly.

We have currently a wifi router that gets us internet to our ground floor. We need to set up an extender so I have better wifi in my home office.

We live in a decent sized townhouse with concrete/masonry floors that make it very hard for WiFi to penetrate, so there are several very weak WiFi zones. Attached is a floor plan with the location of the modem/router marked. The modem/router is a TP-LINK archer AX73. I would like to expand the WiFi network by hooking up an extension device on the top and bottom floors, and if possible also run an ethernet cable to the pc in the study (which is far from the router/modem). I have one TP-LINK wireless extender but that is not much use because there is no way to power it in the stairwell (where it can receive a decent signal). I feel like cables may need to run to extenders. Will need to budget for other extenders.

Geeks I have an IT related issue with reconnecting an IP cctv and intercom. Dahua brand. We recently changed modems and need to reconnect. There is 8ch Dahua IP NVR and intercom. Surface Pro laptop won't connect to wifi. After network reset it connects for 5 minutes then laptop restarts and there is no wifi connection. I assume it is a malware or virus infection. Due date: Before Friday, 6 October 2023

Hello! I need help with our office NBN and modem. The modem is plugged in at the back of the office, however most of the computers are at the front of the office. It is an old building with thick stone walls which are probably to helping. The previous tenants were computer programmers, and there are ethernet ports everywhere, so if they work, I would need your help setting this up.
