Find a professional wifi technician in NSW

Hi there, I have recently moved into a new unit and have created a wifi account. The place comes with nbn and a modem, however, I don’t know how to configure it to match my new account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

We have an internet modem but we don’t have the Coaxial Socket that we need to connect and we need to get this installed.

We had to unplug our apple computer from its connections to modem and printer etc when we had a roof leak but now can’t seem to get it working again. Don’t know if we’ve reconnected it correctly. Could an IT person look at for me?
